Why Your Computer Screen Turns Green or Yellow Suddenly in Windows 10?

Hello everyone, I hope you are doing well. Are you having problem in your PC? When playing games is it turns green suddenly?or yellow? Yeah if that started happening frequently, then dang !! your Graphics card's life is came to end.

That's what happened with me. There are a few other posiblity also where your screen turns green like - a bad cable , or faulty power supply or ram. Computer is that typical type of machine when a problem starts occurring, you can not be sure most of the time exactly what causing the problem unless it totally stops working or something blow up. Sad thing is you can not do anything about it unless you have a lot of money and call a fixing guy and check every single parts of it and find the exact problem and buy one of that parts which causing problem. But even fixing guy can also get into trouble just to identify the exact problem.

So , here is a little solution for your problem if you are facing this green screen problem in your computer. I have read many articles on this and many people suggested many things but I am going to suggest only one thing here. If your screen turns green sometimes, the first thing you need to do is take your gpu out immediately and if it's under warranty, then take it to the service center and lets see if they can fix it.

Another thing you can do is ask your friend to let you use his gpu, if you have an extra gpu, then it'd be bonus for you. If you see whole screen turns green or yellow sometimes, just put that gpu out and use a different one which is working properly. And see if that happens by using it for a day or two just to make sure your gpu is the culprit. 

In most cases, when you see this weird thing happening to your computer, it's because of a faulty gpu. If you have a brand new PC and also your power supply is new too, and still having this problem then you can guess that it's your gpu doing this whole thing. 

For a faulty gpu, you can face not only the problem with your monitor, it can affect your computer's other parts too which really makes us difficult to find the exact problem. You can face the problems like sudden crash of computer, windows shuts down automatically, RAM not detecting, when power gets off in your house, your computer's universal power supply can't hold the pressure of the electric discharge and it collapses and cause your computer to turn off at the same time. 

Graphics card is that type of memory which in most cases, you can not repair it. But still I have some idea where you can actually try to fix it, work or not , you can actually try the step at your own risk. I'll tell how to repair a graphics card on my next post. 

My GTX 1050 ti just died very recently. It's giving this green screen error, while watching Youtube or playing games or playing Fortnite, it suddenly crashed or the whole screen turned into green, or yellow, or blue . I like playing with the Hardwares so I tried all of the above steps I mentioned in this post. Sadly my gpu warranty date is over a long ago. If your computer crashing suddenly , you need to check into that problem immediately. Don't wait until something bad happens. I'll share more of my experience on this matter.
